          Attorney O'Shaughnessy is a trial attorney with extensive litigation experience which includes medical malpractice, personal/bodily injury, legal malpractice, government liability, products liability, employment law, errors and omissions insurance defense and workers compensation. 

 

            Attorney O'Shaughnessy has an active practice in medical malpractice defense in both N.H. Courts and in Federal Court.   Attorney O'Shaughnessy was previously a partner of the firm McDonough, O'Shaughnessy, Whaland & Meagher.

            Attorney O'Shaughnessy is an active member of the NH Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association and previously served as the President of Northern New England Defense Counsel Association from 1998-1999.
