FIRM PROFILE 

             The firm of Walker & Buchholz, P.A. was formed in 2000 when Kevin Buchholz joined with James G. Walker in their current practice.  Prior to establishing their partnership James G. Walker and Kevin E. Buchholz worked together as associates of the Yakovakis, McDonough and Lindh firm of Manchester.   In 2017, the firm Walker & Buchholz, P.A. merged with Attorney Michael B. O'Shaughnessy to form the current firm of O'Shaughnessy, Walker & Buchholz, P.A.

 

            The philosophy of O'Shaughnessy, Walker & Buchholz, P.A. is to provide competent and quality legal services to our clients at a competitive yet fair rate.  The areas of specialization of our firm include Products Liability, Professional and Medical Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, Insurance Coverage, Government Liability, Motor Vehicle, Premises, Property Damage Claims, Workers Compensation, Criminal Defense and Family Law.  

 

            The firm of O'Shaughnessy, Walker & Buchholz, P.A. provides legal services to leading insurance carriers including Amica Mutual, Utica Mutual, National Interstate Insurance Company, Zurich, Carolina Casualty Insurance Company, Quincy Mutual, General Star, Concord General Mutual and Preferred Mutual.  Additionally, Attorney O'Shaughnessy brings many clients along with him, which include but are not limited to; St. Joseph's Hospital, Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Exeter Hospital and many more.

 

           Attorney James Walker has been providing legal services for 35 years and his current practice focuses primarily on insurance defense representation.  Attorney Walker has represented clients on numerous occasions before the N.H. Supreme Court.   James has been a contributing instructor in providing continuing legal education to legal and insurance professionals in New Hampshire.

 

            Attorney Kevin Buchholz has been providing legal services for 33 years with his practice focusing on litigation including employment law, personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, and criminal defense.  Kevin has been providing training to adjusters in understanding the laws and rules of court in providing an understanding of insurance obligations and compliance in New Hampshire.

            Attorney Michael O'Shaughnessy has been providing legal services for 49 years and his current practice focuses primarily on representing defendants in civil litigation and medical malpractice.  Michael is a member of various Legal Associations in addition to being the former President (1998-1999) of the Northern New England Defense Defense Counsel Association.
